I've never had an issue with them, but have heard horror stories from other merchants who use them. I think PP is good for occasional sales.<br /><br />Main reason I switched to Zenfolio was the shopping cart experience. I have since found their SEO to be great if you do everything they suggest. In fact I added 14 photos to my gallery last night, and I just checked and Google has already indexed 1/3rd of them overnight. Now there are lots of SEO factors that are beyond what Zen can control and I have spent a lot of time making sure my entire website inside (I use Wordpress for everything but the galleries) and outside of my Zen galleries is very SEO friendly.
