Agreed on all counts re: setup of a show. However, the breakdown always seems to be a rush, whether due to the location's requirements or on coming weather. Comes with the territory though, doesn't it?!

Hope the show went well!

Midi 2200 is horrible. I waited several minutes for yahoo or google to load and got nothing. Mifi gave me a connection but couldn't even load a page from the web. Useless! I am returning it today.

Hi Sandy,

Thanks for your comments and interest in my printing one-on-one workshops. I won't have information complete for the workshop until early July due to my upcoming traveling schedule. If you haven't already, be sure to sign up for my email newsletter to be notified as soon as I have the info ready.

Thanks,
Matt

I love your work, have been following it for sometime. The Bars sounds wonderful, I'm glad you have a "little" home there.
You're doing something I've been thinking about for years, that is the motor home and traveling around shooting. Good for you.

Was hoping I could get more information about the printing classes you are offering. Could you let me know the duration of a class and the cost.

Thank you so much for your beautiful images, your wonderful talent. I look forward to hearing from you.

Very Best,
S

Matt, I just picked one up. Its clearly device for consuming media, not a tool for getting work done. I don't see any near-term version of the iPad being useful for a working photographer in the field (raw conversions, backups, etc). That said, I needed one in order to develop an app for displaying portfolios of images in a clean way, so the thing is a testing platform. But boy is it fun, and the display of images on it is really sweet. Given your iPhone and laptop, the iPad does not fill much need for you. Except for streaming movies from Netflix perhaps.
