I had visited Duck Harbor Beach in Wellfleet before, on assignment for the Cape Cod Times Newspaper covering cold weather strandings of endangered turtles.
I always loved this beach and returned in April of 2003 for some sunset photos, when I photographed this classic Cape Cod scene.
