Fortunately for those of us setting up the tents for the 2009 Arizona Fine Art Expo the weathermen were wrong. After 1.5 inches of rain yesterday and last night, we started work today at 7am not in the rain as predicted, but with clear skies above.
With the weather in our favor, work progressed quickly. We finished the day with two of the three tent frames completely assembled and standing. By the time we finished today we also had one of ten canvas roofs in place on one of the tents.
It is great how well everyone is working together, setting up large tents that none of us have ever done before.
